We, at GreenCore LLC, care about our community. Our focus is on providing housing, employment opportunities, training, and support services for low-income veterans, first responders, and individuals beginning a new life post incarceration. The general public does not understand the challenges brought to families in these positions, and we have made it our mission to undergird them, provide a sense of purpose and placement, and bring together a community that nurtures and supports them. We recognize the potential that these individuals hold, and create the environment for they and their families to flourish.

The strength of GreenCore is built upon a foundational partnership with KayBar LLC, a company whose mission is “to strengthen communities with an empowered workforce by creating profitable social enterprises.” GreenCore’s mission fits naturally into KayBar’s to create the perfect match. The KayBar focus is on both residential and commercial new construction, renovations, and land development. It targets well-rounded projects with community significance and historical meaning, overseeing the development of these areas and then carrying their influence into property management of the same.

The partnership KayBar has with GreenCore is no different. With a focus on both construction development and then property management of the same buildings, this duo is able to ensure a solid foundation from start to finish and beyond, carrying into management the same passion these buildings are built upon. And true to our core, all along the way the individuals we serve most are included in the production. Job positions are available through the construction and management, and additionally in ongoing maintenance with janitorial services. And because this is home to these individuals and families, the loyalty, dedication, and teamwork is paramount.

Apartments are also on the map, situated above commercial spaces and in close proximity to a main street of restaurants and retail. We believe in a quality living environment for all.

Ensure the cleanliness of your business establishment with GreenCore’s cleaning services. We are available on daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly schedules to serve your needs. Quality control makes certain that your commercial space is both presentable and sanitary, and you’ll be supporting the life of a veteran or low-income individual when you employ us. Along with regular maintenance, we also offer post-construction clean-up to prepare new spaces for the market.
